Bill and Ted Face the Music Postponed Till End August

The ongoing COVID-19 outbreak has resulted in a number of movies and TV shows needing to be delayed, such as Christopher Nolan’s upcoming Tenet film which was originally supposed to release on 17 July got delayed to 31 July, and then got postponed once again to 12 August.

According to Variety, MGM has made the decision to delay the release of Bill and Ted Face the Music from 14 August to 28 August to avoid competing with Tenet. Though it still remains to be seen if we will be seeing Tenet and Bill And Ted getting delayed once again as it doesn’t look like movie theatres are ready to open up their doors anytime soon.

Bill and Ted Face the Music will see Keanu Reeves and Alex Winter reuniting after three long decades as Theodore “Ted” Logan and William “Bill” S. Preston Esq. respectively, with the duo now both in their middle ages yet still trying to pen the greatest song ever in an attempt to unite humanity in harmony.

Their daughters will be played by Samara Weaving (Ready or Not) and Brigette Lundy-Paine (Bombshell).

The film will also star Kid Cudi, Kristen Schaal (BoJack Horseman), Anthony Carrigan (Gotham), Erinn Hayes, Jayma Mays (Glee), Jillian Bell (22 Jump Street), Holland Taylor (Legally Blonde), and Beck Bennett (The Angry Birds Movie 2).
