While plenty of blockbuster reveals and announcements usually take place at E3, it would seem Rocksteady Games will not be part of the festivities at E3 2019.

The developers, according to Game Director and co-founder, Sefton Hill, are “remaining in London, hard at work” at their next project.

It has been four years since the studio’s last game, Batman: Arkham Knight, and the hype and anticipation surrounding their next project has been nothing short of amazing. However, as he has done so over the years, Hill is trying to temper the expectations of fans.

After missing E3 2018, as well as The Game Awards, it would appear Rocksteady Games is still not ready to show off their latest game in all its glory. The wait continues as rumours circle around the potential Arkham Crisis.

Meanwhile, Batman: Arkham Origins‘ developer WB Games Montreal, is also working on a new project, but no details have been divulged as of yet.

Both studios are under the Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment banner, who is attending E3 2019. No word on what they are bringing to the table, but we will be right there when it happens to bring you the latest updates.
