It’s an era of reboots, remakes, remasters, and also reunions. Recently, Josh Gad’s fundraising Zoom-based web series, Reunited Apart, has brought back the cast members of some very iconic movies, with the pilot episode including actors from The Goonies.
His set of guests from the series’ second episode hail from the curious year of 1985, when a certain Back to the Future happened. The iconic cast of Michael J. Fox, Lea Thompson, and Christopher Lloyd all went online together chatting about the franchise and some very hilarious stories.
They were later joined by the likes of director Robert Zemeckis, writer Bob Gale, and even Huey Lewis, whom most fans would remember as the one who performed “The Power of Love” and “Back in Time”.
And in typical BTTF fashion, the cast also discussed how a potential fourth film might take place, where Thompson jokingly suggested that Fox’s Marty McFly and Lloyd’s Dr. Emmett Brown head back to January 2020 to warn the populace about COVID-19.
Speaking of a new Back to the Future movie, it appears that Tom Holland may be involved in a potential remake of the original film, though no further updates were disclosed as of yet.

Forgive him in advance if he suddenly blurts out terms such as “Mind Flayer” and “Magic Missile”, because never once does he stop thinking about his next Dungeons & Dragons game.
