HoYoverse’s ‘Zenless Zone Zero’ Opens Pre-Registration, Reveals Release Window

HoYoverse, renowned for its hit free-to-play games like Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail, is gearing up for the release of its latest venture, Zenless Zone Zero. This urban fantasy action RPG is set to capture the gaming world’s attention with its expected launch on 3 July, as indicated by its Apple App Store page. The launch date may be a day later, according to the time zone you are in. However, HoYoverse has not yet confirmed this date officially.

Zenless Zone Zero promises a rich narrative set in a post-apocalyptic world where civilisation has been ravaged by calamities known as Hollows. These disasters spawn spatial anomalies populated by monstrous beings called Ethereals. Players will step into the shoes of a Proxy, a professional tasked with navigating these perilous Hollows to protect and guide those compelled for various reasons to venture inside.

The game will feature a blend of high-octane action and adventure, focusing heavily on character-driven storytelling and dynamic combat scenarios. Unlike HoYoverse’s earlier projects, which leaned more towards exploration and strategic gameplay, Zenless Zone Zero emphasises fast-paced action and interactive environments. This new approach is designed to offer players a fresh and immersive experience within the developer’s expanding universe.

Currently, fans can pre-register for Zenless Zone Zero across multiple platforms including the PlayStation Store, Google Play, App Store, and the Epic Store. Pre-registration provides potential players with various in-game rewards like Master Tapes, in-game currency, and exclusive items, enhancing the game’s appeal.
