Xiaomi’s Redmi Note 10 5G & Mi 11 Lite 5G Launches 29 May In Singapore

If you’re looking to upgrade to the faster 5G networks but don’t want to pay a premium, Chinese handset maker Xiaomi is finally launching their new Redmi Note 10 5G and Mi 11 Lite 5G in Singapore later this month.

Touted as the most affordable 5G smartphones while still retaining performance, the Redmi Note 10 5G sports the MediaTek Dimensity 700 5G chipset with its 7nm processing technology, and dual 5G SIM supported system to offer both performance and better power efficiency.

Available in four different colours – Chrome Silver, Graphite Gray, Nighttime Blue and Aurora Green – the sleek phone features an immersive 90Hz 6.5″ FHD+ DotDisplay that can automatically adjust its refresh rate, depending on the type of content you’re using to keep optimal battery consumption.

The Redmi Note 10 5G carries three rear cameras, a 48MP main camera, a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth sensor and features various modes such as night mode, time-lapse, or slow motion if you’re into content creation.

Running on a 5,000 mAh battery with an 18W fast charge, the phone should be able to last you throughout the day even with heavy usage. While the phone features AI face unlock, it has its fingerprint sensor mounted on the side rather than the back.

The 8GB+125GB Red Mi Note 10 5G is the only version available on Xiaomi’s official stores on Lazada and Shopee, as well as their authorized Mi Stores and official retailers in Singapore for S$329 on 29 May.

For a limited time, every purchase of the phone made before 28 August will include an exclusive free gift package of a Redmi Note 10 5G T-shirt, Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2 and 6-months screen protection warranty while stocks last.

Besides the Redmi Note 10 5G, Xiaomi has also dropped the release date and prices for the highly anticipated Mi 11 Lite 5G that was announced back in March with the Mi 11 Pro and Mi 11 Ultra.

The 6.55″ 90Hz display smartphone, which measures 6.81mm and weighs 159g, runs on the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 780G. The Mi 11 Lite 5G carries a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera and a 5MP telephoto-macro camera while the front boasts a 20MP lens for selfie-lovers.

It runs on a 4,250 mAh battery but has a 33W fast-charging capacity and comes with three colour options of Truffle Black, Mint Green and Citrus Yellow. Similar to the Redmi Note 10 5G, it also supports 5G dual SIM.

The 8GB+128GB model is the only version available at authorized Mi Stores, official retailers and telcos M1, Singtel and StarHub in Singapore from S$549 on 29 May.

For a limited time, every purchase of the phone will include an exclusive free gift of Mi True Wireless Earbuds Basic 2 while stocks last.
