Xiaomi is opening its 8th Authorised Store in Singapore at Waterway Point on 14 May 2022, with a surprise guest – the Xiaomi Cyberdog.
This is the robot companion’s first appearance in Singapore. Introduced in December 2021, the Cyberdog is a programmable AI-controlled bionic pet that will only show up for the opening day. It won’t be available for sale in the store, but visitors can ‘play’ with it if they spot it at any time on the 14th.
The new 140-square metre store is Xiaomi’s first 3.0 retail concept store in Singapore, where visitors can personally test out the brand’s array of Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) products that encompasses its smartphones, home and lifestyle devices.
As part of the launch, during the opening weekend of 14 – 16 May, visitors will enjoy up to 50% discounts, while spending customers has a chance to win a TV, smartphone or smartwatch (unfortunately, no cyberdog).
