Xbox Game Pass Ultimate And PC Adds EA Play At No Extra Cost

Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Game Pass for PC subscribers will soon have more gaming options on their hands, as Microsoft looks to include an EA Play membership at no additional cost later this year.

The Microsoft-EA partnership grants Ultimate members EA Play access on Xbox One, Xbox Series X and Series S, and Windows 10, with Game Pass for PC subscribers getting the service on Windows 10. You’ll able to download and play over 60 EA titles, including FIFA 20, Titanfall 2, Mass Effect, Battlefield, and The Sims franchises once it takes off some time in Holiday 2020. Trial versions of new games, such as FIFA 21 and Madden NFL 21, can also be played up to 10 hours.

Ultimate subscribers have the added benefit of on-the-go cloud gaming as well, where they can play select EA Play titles on Android devices at no extra cost. The pleasant surprise comes in a timely fashion, as the team looks to gear up for the launch of the Xbox Series X on 10 November.
