If you don’t know yet, a collection of 23 UNIQLO T-Shirts (UT) featuring submissions for its Star Wars-themed UT Grand Prix 2015 T-Shirt design competition will be launched across selected stores in Singapore from today. Check out the designs here.
In conjunction with the launch, UNIQLO Singapore will be holding a giveaway contest on Instagram. The top prizes in this contest include a Life-size C-3PO Bust (by Sideshow Collectibles), Life-size R2-D2 (by Gentle Giant), and a Life-size Captain Rex (by Gentle Giant) statues.

The Instagram Contest
From 5 to 21 June, post a photo of yourself in a Star Wars UT with the hashtags #uniqlosg & #uniqlostarwars to stand a chance of winning. A total of 12 winners will be chosen, consisting of 2 grand prize and 10 consolation prize winners. The first grand prize will consist of a C-3PO and R2-D2 statue set (see above), while the second grand prize will be a Captain Rex statue (see above too). The consolation prizes will be mini Star Wars figurines (wonder which ones are these too).
On 30 June, the photos that garner the most number of likes will be picked as the winners and notified via Instagram.
Yonk is a geek who is fortunate enough to have an equally geeky Star Wars fan for a wife, who owns a LEGO Millennium Falcon encased in a glass coffee table as their home’s centre-piece.
