PS Vita Classic JRPG Persona 4 Golden On Steam Leaked

It appears that fans of the critically-acclaimed Persona 4 Golden on the now-obsolete PlayStation Vita can look forward to enjoying it once again on the PC, thanks to a leak on the pages of SteamDB (via @Wario64 on Twitter).

Having been solely exclusive to Sony’s declining handheld console, Persona 4 Golden, or P4G for short, remains as one of the most beloved games in the Shin Megami Tensei franchise, despite the success of Persona 5 and its definitive edition, Persona 5 Royal. Ironically, P4G was actually a port of the original PS2 game, but it doesn’t mean one can’t hope for an eventual release on current-gen consoles such as the PS4 and Nintendo Switch.

This leak all but confirms the game’s imminent launch on Steam, after rumours of it were circling the internet in recent months (via Polygon).

Though there isn’t an exact release date on the game, prospective players can look to the upcoming New Game+ Expo digital event on 23 June, where Atlus will be present.
