It’s been an exciting adventure in Paldea with memorable enemies, unexpected twists, and new allies along the way. But all adventures must come to an end, and with Mochi Mayhem – The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero, Pokémon Scarlet and Violet’s epilogue, the story finally draws to a close.
After finishing the main story and The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero DLC, you’ll find a mythical Pecha Berry in the Mystery Gift section. Obtaining the Pecha Berry will automatically kickstart the epilogue, and you can head to the shop in Mossui Town to advance the story.
The finale brings together all the allies you’ve met throughout your adventure, with a few fights along the way that shouldn’t pose too much of a problem, given that you’ll have to complete the entire game’s main story and with the addition of legendary Pokémon from previous generations joining the fray in the DLC.
With the Pokémon Scarlet and Violet epilogue closing out Gen 9, fans have begun speculating on what Gen 10 might bring to the table. However, it looks like we’ll have to wait a while for any news, with more information possibly being teased during Pokémon Day 2024, which has an annual broadcast date of 27 February.
