Nintendo Switch users have waited for more than a year to get their hands on Diablo III: Eternal Collection, and their long-enduring patience is about to pay off. The game — which is a combination of Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer — is finally making its way to the Switch come November 2, 2018.

Good things clearly come to those who wait, because along with the game, Switch users can also pick up this exclusive new Loot Goblin Amiibo, set to hit the stores sometime in December for all your holiday shopping needs. We’re not sure what you’ll get when you tap it to your device, but according to Diablo’s tweet, it’ll open a portal to untold riches.
Nevertheless, it may be worth getting, if only for the unique spin on its design and packaging. Sporting wide, round eyes and a toothy grin, the loot goblin seems to have gone under a moe-fying ray. It’s an aesthetic choice that will appeal to a certain crowd. Although, with BlizzCon coming right up on November 2, 2018, maybe Blizzard still has a couple of treasures up their sleeves.
