It was less a matter of “when” instead of an “if”. Perhaps with the launch of too many geeky lines of clothing, UNIQLO had decided to push back their latest collaboration with LEGO in Singapore. We had seen this line about a month back in Hong Kong but thankfully LEGO fans in Singapore will be getting the same deal.
UNIQLO has added quite a few designs that for both Mens, Boys and Girls. But let’s start with the Men’s series:
Naturally, the boys range gets more focus on the Ninjago series considering the show is well received in that demographic:
Girls are not left out of the equation with one Friends series tee. Pity though, they could have added more:
The sweetener for getting these would be a FREE polybag with a purchase of S$60 worth of LEGO tees. Men’s tees go for S$19.90 while the kids are priced at S$14.90.
In case you’re wondering how to secure the exact build, you’d need to check out the number of parts of each polybag.
A quick check with Brickset reveals the following:
- 40127-1: Space Shuttle – get the polybag with 39 parts
- 40128-1: Robot – get the polybag with 50 parts
- 40130-1: Koala – get the polybag with 65 parts
- 40131-1: Parrot – get the polybag with 55 parts
The LEGO UT collection will first be launched exclusively online (www.uniqlo.com/sg) on 13 May, while all other stores will start selling the LEGO UTs from 20 May.
