GeraldAs the world grapples with an insufficient supply of Lorcana TCG products, Disney and Ravensburger have certainly been taking notes on product release cycles from the competition.
While announcing the next expansion – Disney Lorcana: Rise of the Floodborn – which will be available from 17 November 2023, a special limited edition set – Disney Lorcana: Disney100 Edition – was revealed as well.
This comes in a mere two months after the game’s official launch on 1 September.
Featuring card art drawn by Disney animators from Walt Disney Animation Studios, each card has an exclusive Disney100 frame design, a satin holographic foil finish, and a copy of the animator’s signature prominently displayed. Be sure to keep them safe in sleeves if you’re looking to bling up your deck.
These are not overpowered cards by any measure but unique variants that will send any collector’s heart racing. The Disney Lorcana: Disney100 Edition will be available for US$49.99 from 1 December 2023 onwards.
