Deadpool Cheeky Xbox Controller Is Ass-clusive To Sweepstakes Only

Marketing for Deadpool & Wolverine is pretty much hitting a high this week leading into the show’s release on 25 July 2024.

The next biggest partner Marvel is linking up with is Microsoft to introduce a new Xbox controller resembling Deadpool’s butt.

Announced on Xbox Wire, the new Xbox Wireless Controller is inspired by “Deadpool’s much-discussed, perfectly rounded tush.”

Microsoft has dubbed this new controller the “Cheeky Controller,” claiming it “channels Deadpool’s buns of steel in its firm (yet surprisingly comfortable) grip.” You can see it in all its glory below:

For the sake of posterity, let’s get an even closer look.

That’s going to be one uncomfortable grip.

Sadly, Microsoft is limiting the availability of this Deadpool-themed Xbox controller to competition winners, which will help get rid of scalpers and reward deserving fans. Hopeful participants aged 18+ worldwide can enter for a chance to win this Deadpool collectible by following Xbox on X and retweeting the official Xbox sweepstakes tweet.

Plus, there’s a custom Deadpool-inspired Xbox Series X and stand featuring foam versions of Deadpool’s katanas, Bea and Arthur, along with two Xbox Wireless Controllers. This too is a competition prize.

Finally, on July 22, the first 1,000 fans to buy an Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 – Core from the Microsoft store will receive an exclusive Cable Guys Deadpool Controller Holder by EXG Pro.
