The MCU might have taken a hit with the withdrawal of its friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man but that is not gonna stop Uniqlo from celebrating Marvel’s 80th anniversary.
The Japanese clothing brand Uniqlo has released the Marvel Retro Gaming UT, showing off the Marvel superheroes in all their pixelated glory, highly reminiscent of the good old retro gaming days. There is even a shirt with the logo from the ‘90s X-Men logo on it.
The Marvel Retro Gaming UT series will showcase various superheroes such as Iron Man, Captain America, Spider-Man, Wolverine, and Venom.
In addition to the short-sleeved t-shirts, Uniqlo will also be releasing several Marvel-themed hoodies to help keep you warm.
The Marvel Retro Gaming UT will be going on sale from September 9, 2019, in Taiwan, with the short-sleeved t-shirts going for NT$590, and the long-sleeved hoodies retailing at NT$990.
Meanwhile, the UT collection will be released on the Singapore Uniqlo website on September 30, and in all physical retail stores around Singapore from October 7.
