Black Myth: WuKong’s Newest Gameplay Trailer Shows Off Epic New Enemies And Fights

Game Science Studio just released a new gameplay trailer for Black Myth: Wukong in the leadup to the Lunar New Year this weekend welcoming the Year of the Ox!

Ever since the first teaser of Black Myth: Wukong, fans have been raving about how impressive the gameplay fights were along with their remarkable animations and visuals. This second trailer didn’t disappoint either with yet another real in-engine gameplay.

It features a whole lot of new epic enemies, bosses, spells, and locations although many are still speculating on the exact storyline of the game, which revolves around theories of a fake Wukong.

While the trailer is impressive, visible frame drops are quite apparent as well. In a game where precision is key, frame drops will lead to certain or cheap deaths. Nonetheless, it’s still a great showing of the gameplay for the in-game engine.

Black Myth: Wukong is an action-adventure game developed by Game Science Studio based on the legend and mythology of Journey to the West. Players play as the supposed legendary figure Wukong, perhaps on his still unexplained journey to banish demons and monsters.

The studio stated in the trailer that they are still hiring as development is still ongoing.

Black Myth: Wukong is gunning for a 2023 release and will be available on PS5, Xbox Series X, and PC.
