Under Armour Launches First-Of-Its-Kind S$35 Sportsmask In Singapore

Earlier in June, American sportswear brand Under Armour released its very own Sportsmask which allows athletes and sports enthusiasts alike to protect both themselves and others exercising out around them during their workouts. The mask proved to be very popular and sold out instantly, with restocks only coming in mid-August.

The UA Sportsmask comes with the company’s proprietary three-layer technology: a spacer fabric that works to stay off the wearer’s mouth and nose for better airflow; a breatheable open-cell foam that inhibits passing of moisture and sweat, and an ISO-Chill fabric that feels cool to the touch, it is accompanied with PROTX2, a non-metal anti-microbial technology that helps to prevents the growth of bacteria on the mask.

Aside from its three-layers, the reusable Sportsmask is also water-resistant and comes with a moldable nose bridge to ensure the mask is held firmly on the wearer’s face, with reduced airflow to the eyes, thus preventing the issue of foggy glasses.

The Sportsmask also comes in 4 sizes: SM/MD, MD/LG, LG/XL, XL/XXL.

“At Under Armour, we always want to be part of the solution, especially during this extremely challenging time. We specifically designed this mask for athletes and for all of us who want to exercise and train while also keeping ourselves, and those around us, safe,” says Patrik Frisk, CEO of Under Armour in a statement.

Though the Sportsmask is already sold out in the US, it is now available for pre-order (Armour Club members only) at all Under Armour’s Singapore outlets for S$35, limited to 2 pieces per pax. The Sportsmask will be made available for the general public from 24 July onwards on Under Armour Singapore’s website and the UA outlets at Funan, Orchard Central and VivoCity.

[UPDATE] New stocks will arrive on 14 August across Under Armour Orchard Central, Bugis Junction, Paragon, Funan, and VivoCity. There is also no more limitations on 2 pieces per pax. [END UPDATE]

You can look forward to exercising safely and in comfort during Phase 2 of Singapore’s Circuit Breaker period thanks to the UA Sportsmask!
