Ubisoft AI Assistant Sam Seemingly Confirms Watch Dogs 3!

Uh oh, seems like someone has spilled the beans on a supposedly hush-hush project.

A digital, artificial someone, that is.

Ubisoft AI Assistant Sam has let it slip that Watch Dogs 3 is in development, albeit in a more…unconventional way. Borrowing inspiration from Siri or Alexa, the programme’s primary function is to help players with its game, by means of answering their queries.

Taking to Sam, fans decided to have fun with a cheeky, teasing ask about Watch Dogs 3 two years after the success of Watch Dogs 2. What they got, contrary to expectations, turned out to be a pleasant surprise:

Watch Dogs 3 is not finished yet, but from the last early build I tried it’s very solid. The Dev team works wonders! Can’t wait for you to try it!

Oops, the cat – or dog – is out of the bag!

While there’s no official word out yet, the gaming community can look forward to Ubisoft’s presentation during E3 in June 2018. Tom Clancy’s The Division 2 is already confirmed for the event, and word has it that a new Splinter Cell game would make an appearance as well.

As for fans of the Watch Dogs series? After this accidental reveal, it appears the team may have to unveil its secret project announcement soon.
