In the post-credit scene, Noah (Anthony Ramos) is seen fixing a car and his friend Reek (Tobe Nwigwe) walks in to again, talk about how Noah is wasting his skills and potential fixing a car that won’t start.

The two bicker for a bit – Noah even takes a jab about how Reek left him to fend for himself in the police car chase – before calling on Mirage (Pete Davidson). The car then transforms into the big, charismatic Transformer and pokes fun at a surprised Reek.

This short scene confirms that Mirage, who we thought was dead after taking one too many hits from Scourge (Peter Dinklage) while protecting Noah in the big battle, is still alive. Mirage is undeniably going to be a crowd-favourite so it’s nice to know that we’re likely going to see more of the character in future Transformers movies. Don’t worry, we do feel a sequel coming. Director Steven Caple Jr. and producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura have told us so. Hint, it’s got something to do with a potential crossover with another IP too.

Transformers: Rise of the Beasts premieres on 8 June 2023. Read our review here.
