What is the price of killing a man in broad daylight?

Well, for John Walker (Wyatt Russell) the answer is clear. After all, with so many mobile phone cameras capturing Captain America’s shame, there is definitely a price to pay.

Following the events of episode 4, John Walker gets unceremoniously discharged from the US military and his duties as Captain America but can’t help but feel a shred of sympathy for the man.

As a military person, Walker has to follow the chain of command and we surmise throughout the series he’s been tasked on carrying out rather unsavory orders.

Channeling Tony Stark (and dropping the “I Am Captain America” liner) we see Walker assembling his own shield.

Based on what we know and from the scene, this new shield is looking pretty rough. It’s unlikely Walker will be able to get hold of vibranium as well which gives the OG shield all its unique qualities.

Will we see the evolution into US agent in the final episode? We’ll just have to hang around to find out. In the meantime, do check out our interview with the man of the hour below –

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is streaming only on Disney+ and make sure to catch the final episode which drops on 23 April.
