‘The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes’ Featurette Shows Panem 64 Years Before ‘The Hunger Games’

A special feature of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes has been dropped, bringing viewers back to Panem 64 years before the events of The Hunger Games.

The featurette showcases an extended clip of Peter Dinklage as Casca Highbottom, the creator of the games, and centres on a young Coroiolanus Snow (Tom Blyth) who falls in love with a District 12 tribute named Lucy Gray Baird (Rachel Zegler).
