TableCon Quest 2025 Triples In Size, Hosts First Bushiroad Card Game Festival Outside Japan

Following its debut in 2024, TableCon Quest (TCQ) 2025 will mark the tabletop gaming convention’s second edition when it returns in August this year, promising an event that’s three times larger and more accessible to both veteran gamers and newcomers alike.

Taking place on 23 and 24 August 2025, the convention will be a celebration of all things tabletop, bringing together fans of card games, board games, role-playing games (RPG), and miniature painting, and this time, it’s larger than ever, tripling in size with an expanded hall and added activity zones, ensuring that there’s something for everyone.

As the main highlight of the event, TCQ 2025 will also host Bushiroad’s largest-ever card game festival, which marks its first time being hosted outside of Tokyo and is expected to draw over 1,000 players for demo sessions, stage features, tournaments, and exhibits across franchises like Weiß Schwarz and Cardfight!! Vanguard. Additionally, fans will also be able to meet and greet with popular voice actresses like Yūka Nishio and Aina Aiba, who played Nanami Hiromachi and Yukina Minato in the BanG Dream! anime franchise, respectively.

Tsuburaya Fields Entertainment International will also helm the return of its Ultraman Card Game at the event, hosting a Sealed format tournament where players have to open packs and build their decks on the spot, competing with each other for exclusive promotional cards. In addition, there will also be a stage event, where not only will new information about its much-anticipated first anniversary set be revealed, but fans will also get to meet the legendary Ultraman Tiga himself.
