Studio Ghibli has extended its collaboration with Japanese outdoor brand Foxfire, introducing a new line of My Neighbour Totoro-themed apparel. This range, designed for the winter season, focuses on warm and comfortable materials.
The highlight of the collection is the My Neighbour Totoro Fleece Blouson, priced at 19,800 yen (S$183.14). Available in two colourways, Off-White and Cappuccino, the jacket comes in women’s and men’s sizes respectively. Crafted from soft boa fleece with lined sleeves for easy wear, the blouson combats static electricity and features design details like Totoro-decorated Foxfire zip pulls and a collaborative logo patch.
To complement the jackets, the collection also includes the My Neighbour Totoro Fleece Scarf for 5,280 yen (S$48.84). It features a corduroy end adorned with a Totoro motif, perfect for wrapping up warmly during chilly weather.
For those who prefer hoodies, the My Neighbour Totoro Air Layer Parka, priced at 22,000 yen (S$203.49), offers a subtle nod to the Totoro camo in the Foxfire logo. The back of the hoodie showcases an enchanting scene of Totoro playing the ocarina, reminiscent of the film’s iconic night scene.
Rounding out the winter collection is the My Neighbour Totoro Air Layer Crew, a jumper retailing for 16,500 yen (S$152.62). Made from a rayon and polyester blend, it features the camo Foxfire logo and an image of “Flying Totoro” on a spinning top.
