Sony HT-S40R Sound System Brings Surround Sound To Home Theatres With Minimal Wires

When it comes to sound, for many, there can be no compromise. Sony is expanding its range of audio solutions with the HT-S40R. It is a surround sound system that has 600W and 5.1 channel surround sound with Dolby Audio technology.

The combination of a soundbar, subwoofer, and discrete wireless rear speakers and amplifier aims to envelop users with any soundscape that they may be playing. This fits right into many home theatre systems while minimising clutter caused by a bevy of wires. There are options to either use Bluetooth to stream music straight from a smartphone, or use the USB port to play audio from USB devices.
