There’s more in store for Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown players, with Ubisoft unveiling the game’s 2024 roadmap in a Twitter/X post featuring new game modes, puzzles, boss attack and story DLC to arrive in the coming months.
Players can expect a new speedrun mode in late March, as well as a permadeath mode and new Sargon outfits, which adds a new way to experience the game for seasoned gamers looking for a challenge. Perhaps the most anticipated is the Boss Rush, which will pit players against strong foes this summer. Take on the Divine Trials and prove yourself worthy in a series of combat, puzzle, and platform challenges. An additional story DLC will be available later in 2024, but no other details have surfaced.
As the Prince of Persia franchise soars once more with its recent reboot, fans can expect more to come, providing players with no shortage of content. The game is currently available on the PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
