Nike Capping Off 2023 With ‘The Powerpuff Girls’ Collaboration

In a nostalgic nod to the late ’90s, Nike SB is teaming up with the iconic The Powerpuff Girls for a holiday treat in 2023, with a collection of themed Dunk Low kicks.

Leading the charge is the “Blossom” SB Dunk Low. Set against a vibrant pink canvas, this pair of kicks features eye-catching orange Swooshes, creating a striking contrast that immediately catches the eye.

On the other hand, the “Bubbles” SB Dunk Low is a vibrant tribute to everyone’s favourite blue-eyed sweetheart. The colour palette, featuring a combination of Blue Chill, Deep Royal Blue, and Active Pink hues, mirrors Bubbles’ distinctive look. The shoe’s upper boasts a mesmerising snakeskin-like texture in blue, accented by lively yellow laces and Swoosh logos.

Finally, the “Buttercup” SB Dunk Low sees a lush green satin upper taking the spotlight, smoothly merging with the black Swooshes, laces, and a midsole that elegantly hovers above the translucent outsole.

But that’s not all — the heels of each of the shoes showcase captivating eyes, and the design is enriched with reflective trims, logo-rich tongues, and insoles featuring comic-style onomatopoeia reminiscent of the cartoon, and the girls’ major antagonist, Mojo Jojo.

The collection is scheduled to be released on 14 December 2023, and is set to be available via Nike SNKRS and select skate shops, with each pair priced at US$135.
