Forget the Grand Line — it’s back to dry land with Nike‘s latest collaboration. The footwear and apparel giant has unveiled a One Piece collection inspired by the Devil Fruits of the popular series, featuring three special-edition Air Max Plus designs, themed T-shirts, jerseys, and more.

Starting below the knee, fans can expect kicks styled after the Gomu Gomu no Mi, Mera Mera no Mi, and Ope Ope no Mi with completely retooled uppers. The former two are decked out in purple and orange colourways, paired respectively with atomic green and jade collar lining, while the Ope Ope no Mi silhouette sports a berry-red palette and bright green accents. Each pair is priced at 27,500 yen in Japan (US$173 / S$219) and will have varying levels of availability, as follows:
- Gomu Gomi no Mi: United States, Japan, select European countries, China, Mexico, Australia, and Korea
- Mera Mera no Mi: Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Indonesia, Mexico (from 12 September), and Australia (16 to 18 October)
- Ope Ope no Mi: U.S. and Europe

Alongside the shoes, the lineup includes matching caps and jerseys, a shirt featuring a Jolly Roger illustration drawn by protagonist Luffy, and an orange vest “inspired by the effects of the Devil Fruits”. It won’t be easy to grab hold of the striking fit, however, as it retails for 45,100 yen (US$283 / S$359) and is listed as a Tokyo pop-up exclusive at Dr B’s Research Lab from 4 to 6 September.

Following that, the Nike and One Piece collection will bring more pop-ups and retail experiences to other major cities, such as Hong Kong, Jakarta, Seoul, and Shanghai. It officially launches worldwide on 25 September, just a few days before the Lego One Piece animated special hits Netflix.
