Microsoft Edge Is First Browser To Roll Out Integrated AI Image Generator To Everyone

It looks like Microsoft’s Edge is the first and only web browser at the moment to have an AI image generator integrated into it. The Image Creator is now available on desktop for Edge users around the world.

This new feature will help you generate CGI imagery that doesn’t yet exist, powered by DALL∙E, right from the Microsoft Edge sidebar. If you’ve ever found yourself in need of a very specific visual for a social post or presentation, Image Creator can help do the job for you within seconds.

Simply navigate to the sidebar on the right side of your browser, tap on the Image Creator icon, enter your prompt, and four square image options (in 1024×1024 resolution) will be generated for you. Once you select the one that suits your needs, you can download it and add to your document or upload it to social media.

Check out two AI-generated images we did with “xenomorph dinosaur” and “baby yoda samurai”.

In order to use the Image Creator in Microsoft Edge for the first time, you’ll need to enable it in the Edge sidebar by clicking the “+” icon and turning on the toggle key for “Image Creator”.

Happy AI image generating!
