Of course, we all saw this coming from a mile away. Insomniac Games just announced a Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 Limited Edition Bundle during the San Diego Comic-Con panel. The bundle includes a PS5 console with Limited Edition console covers, a Limited Edition DualSense wireless controller, a voucher for a digital copy of the game (redeemable on 20 October), and various pre-order incentive in-game items.
If you already own a PS5 console, fret not, as Sony confirmed that the Limited Edition console covers and DualSense controller can be purchased separately too. Prices have not been announced yet but pre-orders will go live on 28 July. Fans will be excited to know that both the Limited Edition Bundle and accessories will be launched one and a half months ahead of the game, on 1 September. Find out more on PlayStation’s blog post.
The PS5 console and controller bundle weren’t the only things Insomniac Games announced at the Comic-Con panel. The team also unveiled a new story trailer that gave players a closer look at Venom and Spidey’s various other antagonists. Check out the action-packed trailer here:
