This piece of news sure came out of nowhere. The cast of Marvel’s First Family, The Fantastic Four was just announced via a surprise Valentine’s Day post by Marvel Studios. Pedro Pascal is Reed Richards (aka Mr. Fantastic), Vanessa Kirby is Sue Storm (aka the Invisible Woman), Joseph Quinn is Johnny Storm (aka the Human Torch) and Ebon Moss-Bachrach is Ben Grimm (aka the Thing).
Based on the clues in the artwork, the film looks to be set in the 1960s. But we’re pretty sure the family will find a way to time travel to the present day to join up with the X-Men, Avengers, and Thunderbolts to take on a massive new threat like Galactus maybe?
Now we’ll just have to wait with bated breath for the announcement of the X-Men cast! Marvel’s The Fantastic Four will hit theatres on 25 July 2025.
