Huawei Watch Fit 5 Series Eliminates Charging Anxiety With 7-Day Battery Life, From S$198

Huawei is redefining the balance of fashion and function with the unveiling of the Huawei Watch Fit 5 Series at a launch event in Bangkok, Thailand. Slim, stylish, and packed with next-generation wellness tech, the new lineup is designed as the ultimate 24/7 companion for the style-conscious athlete.

The Series arrives in a bold palette of colours. The standard edition comes in Silver, Purple, White, Black, and Green, while the Watch Fit 5 Pro makes a striking statement in Orange, White, and Black. Additionally, the Pro edition features an innovative oil-filling process for richer colour depth, with the White Pro model crafted from Aerospace-Grade Nanoceramic Metal for superior durability.

The Watch Fit 5 sports a 1.82-inch LTPO AMOLED display, while the Pro pushes boundaries with a 1.92-inch display framed by ultra-slim 1.8 mm borders. With peak brightness hitting 3,000 nits, the Pro ensures crystal-clear visibility even under harsh sunlight.

Fitness also gets a fresh twist with the new mini-workout mode. Guided by an interactive on-device coach, users can complete energising bursts of exercise without equipment or a dedicated space.

For outdoor adventurers, the Watch Fit Series doubles as a powerful analytical tool. Automatic cycling detection delivers real-time virtual power and cadence metrics, while the Pro edition adds elite features such as Precision Golfing with access to over 17,000 global course maps and an intuitive Green View for swing analysis, as well as Trail Running powered by the Huawei Sunflower Positioning System, offering pinpoint accuracy, elevation trends, and dynamic ETA tracking.

The Pro edition also advances personal wellness with ECG monitoring and Pulse Wave Arrhythmia Analysis, providing real-time alerts for A-fib and premature beats. Women’s health support is enhanced with a high-precision thermal sensor that predicts menstrual cycles and ovulation windows by tracking subtle wrist temperature shifts.

Thanks to advanced high-silicon battery technology, the Watch Fit 5 Series delivers up to 10 days of light use or 7 days of typical use. A single charge easily powers a full week of commutes, workouts, and travel, thereby eliminating charging anxiety.
