Geek Unboxing: The Last of Us Part II – Ellie Edition, Limited Edition PS4 Pro & Seagate 2TB Game Drive

It’s nearly time to say goodbye to another era of gaming. And what better way to do it than to play one of the most-hyped games of the year: The Last of Us Part II? Naughty Dog’s sequel to arguably the most iconic game in the previous generation blew us away, and they’re set to do so once more, and then some, with Ellie at the forefront.

Better yet — why not do it with some of these swanky limited edition TLOU2 swag? Recently, Geek Culture managed to grab hold of The Last of Us Part II Ellie Edition, The Last of Us Part II Limited Edition PS4 Pro, The Last of Us Part II Wireless Headset, and The Last of Us Part II Limited Edition Seagate 2TB Game Drive.

Most strikingly, all three items bear not just the game’s title, but also Ellie’s iconic fern tattoo. It looks especially great on the PS4 Pro, having been engraved onto the hood to great effect. The Dualshock 4 controller sports the fern tattoo like a pair of wings, with it being etched onto both handles.

The Ellie Edition is quite the handful, as it contains a hefty amount of swag for fans of the franchise to show their love. The 12-inch Ellie statue looks as fine as her in-game counterpart, looking all contemplative with her guitar.

Another eye-catching piece is the 1:1 replica of Ellie’s backpack, which is fully usable, complete with lapel pins attached to the front pocket.

The other components of the Ellie Edition include:

  • SteelBook Case with full game
  • 48-page mini art book from Dark Horse
  • Replica of Ellie’s bracelet
  • Lithograph art print and “Thank You” letter
  • Set of 5 stickers
  • Set of 6 enamel pins
  • The Last of Us Part II logo patch
  • 7-inch vinyl record featuring music from the original soundtrack

And finally, the Seagate 2TB Game Drive is the perfect companion to your PS4 storage woes (or PS5, if you’re considering eventually porting over to the upcoming new console.

Whether you’re getting the Ellie Edition, Limited Edition PS4 Pro, Wireless Headset, Seagate Game Drive, or even the Dualshock 4 controller, you’re definitely well-stocked to see out one of the best games of 2020, and the end of a console generation.
