Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan 7 Minutes Of New Gameplay Footage

When developer CyberConnect2 was tasked to develop the upcoming Demon Slayer licensed fighting game – Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan, there was a worry it might look and feel too much like Naruto.

For better or for worse, those fears have been confirmed true. Here’s a look of the latest gameplay footage shown during the Kimetsu Matsuri Online: Anime Second Year Anniversary live stream –

Featuring battles between Tanjiro, Nezuko, Zenitsu, and Inosuke, the character select screen also has Giyu Tomioka present but he was not picked.

Additionally, there might be a possibility of the follow characters joining the roster as well:

  • Susamaru
  • Yahaba
  • Rui
  • Kocho Shinobu

It’s likely the game will be updated up to the Mugen Train arc considering that some of the moves shown off above are already in the anime.

Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba – Hinokami Keppuutan is slated for release on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC via Steam in 2021 in Japan.
