Following its innovations in the ergonomic chair space with its TITAN Evo and ATLAS line-ups, Singapore’s Secretlab has cooked up something with musicians in mind, as the Republic’s premier gaming chair company has launched its new EasyFold Foldaway Armrest, designed to be easily stowed away to allow for greater freedom of movement.
Ergonomic chairs might be great for offering musicians lasting support through long jamming sessions, but one of the main concerns echoed throughout the community has always been that the chair’s armrest tended to get in the way, especially for guitarists who want to strum comfortably while seated.
The EasyFold Foldaway Armrest is designed to tackle this very issue, working in tandem with a Secretlab TITAN Evo and Classic Series chair to provide flexibility to be easily stowed away for more space, or raised back once the jamming session is done for that vital wrist and elbow support when working or gaming.
Designed with a simple three-step process in mind, the EasyFold Foldaway Armrest can be unlocked, rotated, and then folded down to the sides of the chair, allowing it to clear the different levers on either side for a seamless folding experience. While the new armrests are primarily targeted at musicians, particularly guitarists, having this additional space for movement also benefits gamers too, as it allows for more efficient and precise gameplay.
The Secretlab EasyFold Foldaway Armrest starts at S$199, and is compatible with the Secretlab TITAN Evo
and Classic Series. Additionally, Secretlab TITAN Evo owners also have the alternative option to purchase a pair of Secretlab EasyFold Foldaway Armrest Attachments, that add the foldaway functionality to their existing chairs, at S$99.
