Skechers just knows how to keep fans happy. After successfully keeping folks walking with a limited edition range of sneakers featuring Sailor Moon and One Piece, the sports and lifestyle brand is bringing us another collaboration, this time with popular Japanese superhero anime, One Punch Man.
Inspired by the fighting spirit of the anime and manga series, Skechers new launch introduces their new collection of apparel with eye-catching colours and graphics that showcase four iconic characters in the series – Saitama, Genos, Tornado and the villain Sonic.
The One Punch Man Collection includes oversized women’s crop tee (S$39) and casual t-shirts (S$49) that showcases the characters and their signature colours. Saitama with yellow and red, Genos with navy blue, Tornado with green and Sonic with purple. These t-shirts are available as a raglan tee and as solid colour designs.
Fans will be thrilled to see the character likeness, name, icon and keyphrase on the sleeves or back of the T-shirts. Also, the shirts are designed with various oversize fits such as loose fit and over fit for users to choose from for easier movements.
Additionally, what is Skechers without their signature footwear? Just like the shirts, the One Punch Man inspired shoes corresponds to the colour that the characters in the anime are known for.
Skechers’ iconic chunky sneakers are available for both men and women for S$159. Users may experience comfort and style as these kicks boast the classic-style cushioned insole. Now we can strut with style in a hero’s shoe. One leg kicking anyone?
Other than the t-shirts and sneakers, Skechers is also releasing two styles of unisex pants (S$59), to tie the whole outfit together. One design features the One Punch Man text in bold lettering, while the other includes deep pockets located at the knee for both style and utility.
The new apparel is now available online on multiple platforms such as their site, Lazada and on Shopee. You can also get your own set in the new Skechers Paragon store and selected Skechers stores by 12 April such as Jewel Changi Airport, Jurong Point, NEX and Suntec City.
