Singapore Comic Con (SGCC) 2025: The Ultimate Event Guide To Plan Your Geek Season Weekend

The costumes are pressed, the marker pens readied, and plans are being made, as the biggest pop culture event – Singapore Comic Con (SGCC) 2025 – returns for comic book, movie, anime, manga fans and much more! This year’s event, which spans 6 and 7 December (plus an Ultimate Preview Night on the evening of 5 December), promises to be its largest yet, with three halls bristling with activities, from the main show floor on level 1 at the Marina Bay Sands Expo & Convention Centre, alongside tabletop and card games galore at basement 2. With the main floor now covering 250,000 sq. ft and spanning Halls A, B, and C on Level 1, alongside Halls D and E at Basement 2, the additional space means that SGCC’s layout has some adjustments, with areas such as the main stage and food hall now conveniently situated at Level 1. Main Stage Programme Highlights

Amidst the hustle and bustle of two days’ worth of exhibitors, retail experiences, and immersive pop-culture showcases, con-goers will also be treated to non-stop live events happening right on the main stage from creator fan meets, tabletop battles, performances, and everything in between.

SGCC 2025

Happening across both days, highlights for Saturday, 6 December, include an appearance by the iconic Japanese “villain” TikTok creator, Satoyu (@satoyu727). Get up close and personal with the charismatic ‘Ohio Final Boss’ himself in an exclusive interactive session, hear his inspiring journey from truck driver to social media sensation, and even play some games with the boss with photo and signature opportunities!

Want to witness the ultimate double-whammy stage experience? Fans are in for a treat as the King of Monsters, Godzilla, takes to the stage and battles it out with the guardians of the universe, Ultraman! Don’t miss out on this first-ever showcase of Godzilla in SGCC, happening across both 6 and 7 December, where fans can take a trip down the memory lane of Godzilla, as well as catch appearances from various Ultraman across history like Ultraman Omega, Ultraman Zero, Ultraman Tiga, and more.

Closing off 6 December with a bang, global sensation KPop Demon Hunters explodes on the stage with HUNTR/X Live: Unleash the Golden Honmoon! Get ready for a high-energy performance with Rumi, Mira and Zoey in Asia’s first fully interactive HUNTR/X tribute act, filled with sing-alongs, fan interactions, and the ultimate Golden Dance-along, and of course, a chance to meet and greet the trio after.

7 December is set to be a celebration of all things cosplay, as it will mark the finals of the SGCC 2025 Cosplay Competition, recognising the best of creativity and craftsmanship on the show floor. The finals will also be judged by well-known cosplayers Riiyuukii (@riiyuukii_cos), Shirogane Sama (@shirogane_sama) and Kiyo (@kiyocosplay), so don’t forget to drop by and show your support for your favourite heroes and villains come to life!

In between enjoying the excitement on-stage, con-goers can look forward to the largest SGCC booth line-up to date, and with over 260 exhibitors and artist alley booths on offer, there’s truly something for everyone. We’ve already covered some SGCC-exclusive drops from brands like Queen Studios, The Loyal Subjects, and ThreeZero, and if you’re looking to meet some of the biggest talents in the field, there are Power Rangers actors Erin Cahill and Jason Faunt, both from Power Rangers Time Force. Otherwise, look out for noted comic book artists, including Eisner Award winning artist Joe Rubinstein, Simone Di Meo (Marvel Comics, DC Comics), Mico Suayan (DC Comics, Image Comics, BOOM! The Gundam Base Pop-Up (L1-B07)

Gunpla fans are in for a real treat, as model kit haven The Gundam Base will be making a special appearance on our shores with a pop-up booth at SGCC 2025, it also brings over 30 event-exclusive items along for the ride, including highly sought-after The Gundam Base Limited kits like the MG Unicorn Gundam (Luminous Crystal Body), MG Unicorn Gundam Perfectibility, or the Mega Size 1/48 RX-78-2 Gundam (Metallic Gloss Injection). With limited edition kits spanning the SD, HG, RG and MG scales, this is one Mobile Suit line-up you don’t want to miss out on!


Mediacorp (L1-B01)

Singapore’s national media network is bringing the on-air experience to life with Mediacorp Dive-in To Play, a brand-new interactive game where fans can join their favourite personalities like Avery Aloysius and Louisa Kan from 987FM, ⁠Zhu Zeliang and Joey Tay from YES 933, Fadli Kamsani and  Ezam Ernady from RIA 897, and more as they tackle a series of fun challenges, with the festivities hosted by YES 933’s Chen Qijia.


b.stage (L1-B14)

Ultraman Card Game (L1-B06B)

Fans of the Ultraman Card Game (UCG) can be among the first to get their hands on the new Ultra Deck 01, the first advanced pre-constructed deck in the series that’s designed for both competitive players and newcomers alike. Featuring two iconic heroes, Ultraman Tiga and Ultraman Blazer, the deck represents the evolution of Ultraman’s legacy and marks a perfect starting point into their UCG journey, complete with collectable tokens and exclusive card sleeves.


SaberMach (L1-A08)

Singapore’s SaberMach is once again bringing its combat-worthiness illuminated sabers to the show floor, but this year, it’s levelling up the experience in a big way with the debut of life-size busts, premium statues, and 1:1 prop replicas, never-before-seen creations certain to ignite every fan’s imagination.


The Legend of Runa (L1-A10a)

Every legend has a beginning, and for the cyberpunk web series The Legend of Runa, it all starts with its official launch at SGCC 2025, letting visitors immerse themselves in the world of Runa from day one with exclusive art prints, special launch bundles, collectable freebies, and a limited-edition printed Character Guide Book featuring detailed worldbuilding, character profiles, and concept art unveiled for the very first time.


The W.I.P. Lab

Catered to all the upcoming comic artists out there, SGCC 2025’s W.I.P. Lab is set to provide two days full of creative showcases and workshops from industry icons to nurture the next generation of storytellers and creators in Singapore. Highlights include The Deep – Beyond the Reef, an immersive VR adventure that redefines transmedia storytelling, It’s Not as Alien as You Think, an insightful sharing session on world-building, and Monster and Beast, a paid live workshop with legendary comic artist Simon Bisley, where participants can experience the raw sketching process firsthand. Pop Culture Food Zone

Even the most experienced con-goer needs to fuel up, and what better way to do so than heading down to the food zone, conveniently located next to the main stage, and chomping down on themed bites from fan-favourite vendors like Beard Papa’s, Indomie, Amps Tea and Swensens, each serving up event-exclusive flavours and other delicious surprises.
