Does Geek Culture ship internationally?
We primarily offer shipping within Singapore. However, if you want an item shipped outside of Singapore, arrangements can be made but the buyer will bear the full costs of shipping, as well as any import taxes and duties incurred.
For international orders – during check out, you will not be billed for the shipping rate yet. We will contact you via email with the calculated rates and should you decide not to go ahead with the order, we will gladly provide you with a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Reach out to us anytime should you have any further queries prior to making and order, either via email or Facebook Messenger.
The address you provide will be the address to which we ship your order. If the address is not complete, we will attempt to call you to verify the correct address. Please leave your contact number so that we have a means of reaching you.
How much will it cost to ship my item(s) within Singapore?
For orders at S$100 and above, FREE shipping will be provided within Singapore. Otherwise, a flat shipping fee of S$5 will be applicable.
How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
Once stocks arrive, it can take 2-3 days for processing, and another 1 to 3 business days for the product to reach customers (in Singapore). We will contact buyers to confirm address and shipping details if required. If you want to arrange for pick ups, it can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Reach out to us anytime.
Do you accept returns and refunds?
There will be no refunds for orders made and shipped out. We will only accept cancellations if the order has not been processed/shipped out.
In the event that the item/packaging is damaged, Geek Culture will perform a 1-for-1 exchange. The costs of sending the damaged items back will be covered by the customer, and Geek Culture will undertake the costs of sending the replacement units.
In the event that the item is intact, but the packaging is damaged a second time, Geek Culture can perform a 1-for-1 exchange, but the customer will have to bear the delivery charges for returning the damaged product, as well as the second and subsequent delivery charges.
As we are not in control of courier and postage services, we cannot guarantee that the product’s packaging will be pristine. Thus, subsequent shipping fees for returns and replacements will have to be covered by customers.
