First Looks: LEGO Star Wars Death Star Trench Run (75329) & Dagobah Jedi Training (75330) Diorama Sets

All Star Wars fans know that the original trilogy has the most iconic scenes, and LEGO clearly knows it too. Expected to land on 1 May 2022, just in time for this year’s May the 4th, there’s going to be LEGO Star Wars Death Star Trench Run (75329) and LEGO Star Wars Dagobah Jedi Training (75330) diorama sets coming to raid our geeky wallets real soon.

First revealed on Amazon.de (probably prematurely), since it is showing on the LEGO landing page but currently broken links at the time or reporting. Fortunately though, the folks at Promobricks managed to snag some nice high-resolution images.

The Trench Run set will be a 665-piece set priced at €59.99. We’re loving that awesomely cute R2-D2 printed tile on the mini X-Wing Fighter, as well as “The Force is strong with this one.” printed tile on the front of the diorama.

As for the Dagobah Jedi Training set, it clocks in at 1,000 pieces and priced at €79.99. Apart from the standard minifigures of Luke, Master Yoda and R2-D2, we’re loving that partial X-Wing’s wing sticking out of the swamp, with the iconic “Do or do not, there is no try.” printed tile on the front of the diorama.

We’ll definitely be keeping a close watch on Amazon (US) for the pre-orders to roll out. Time to camp on the LEGO Star Wars landing page in the meantime! Or, Zavvi is already taking pre-orders now for both the Death Star Trench Run and Dagobah Jedi Training sets.
