The trailer, titled Plan, showcases an array of exciting new footage, including a first look at the Lightsaber whip in action. This unique weapon belongs to Vernestra Rwoh, a character adored by fans from The High Republic novels and portrayed by Rebecca Henderson in the series. Originally introduced in the novels as a young prodigy, Vernestra is now a seasoned Jedi Master stationed at the temple on Coruscant. Her weapon, a modified purple lightsaber, can transform into a whip, adding a dynamic and visually stunning element to her combat style.
Additionally, the trailer highlights Kelnacca, a Wookiee Jedi played by Joonas Suotamo, who is known for his role as Chewbacca in the recent Star Wars trilogy.
