‘Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat’ Mobile Sets Jan 2024 English Release

Two years after its initial announcement, Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat has finally dropped an update regarding its English release date. The global version of the spin-off title will hit Android and iOS devices on 10 January 2024, with pre-registration now open.

Those who have pre-registered will receive in-game rewards, unlocked in tiers with each milestone met. As of now, the first three have been hit, securing 50,000 Red Orbs, 50 Demonic Potions, and 200 Gems in the bag. Every player, known as a hunter in the mobile adventure, are also set to receive 10 Secret Treasure Seals if the game’s social media accounts reach a total of one million combined followers.

Here’s the full list of pre-registration rewards:

  • 100,000 People: 50,000 Red Orbs
  • 500,000 People: 50 Demonic Potions
  • 1,000,000 People: 200 Gems
  • 2,000,000 People: 1,000 Gems
  • 5,000,000 People: 10 Hidden Record Seals

Co-developed by Capcom and Nebula Joy, Devil May Cry: Peak of Combat was launched exclusively in China. A closed beta was held back in March 2023, following official confirmation of an English release two years ago.

While the spinoff features an entirely new story, fans can expect guest appearances from Dante, Nero, Vergil, Lady, and other familiar faces. There will be in-game currencies and gacha mechanics, too, as is the norm for mobile games nowadays.
