It’s high noon.
Maybe that charge time and trigger delay and the fact that you’re announcing your position to all and sundry isn’t going to bag you a lot of — or any — kills, but that line for Jesse McCree’s ult is still undeniably iconic.
Well, if you’re a fan of Overwatch‘s charming, drawling gunslinger, then it’s high time to get him for your display set — and for the McHanzo shippers out there, here’s to finally completing your ship — because McCree is joining Good Smile’s nendoroid line-up at long last, the eleventh in an evidently unending, profitable series of adorable, chibi-fied figures.
Nendoroid McCree comes with his easily recognisable cape and hat, although they’re both removable. So you can go for a less dramatic look if you’re not entirely fond of that very classic Western aesthetic — or, for the shippers, maybe you’ll like him looking a little more… domestic.
He can also be equipped with a standard or spinning version of his trademark Peacekeeper revolver. In addition, he comes with two face plates — one with a smug smirk, the other sporting a dead-serious glare — a flashbang grenade, Deadeye effect parts and the tumbleweed that rolls in front of him while using Deadeye. A clear effect sheet based on his “Rolling Into Action” highlight intro will also be included.
Priced at US$49.99, McCree is now available for pre-order on Good Smile’s website up to January 9, 2019. Good Smile is also including a special promotion for residents in the States intent on bringing McCree home — shipping will be dropped from US$18 to US$9, although the promotion will be limited to six units and SAL shipping will not be available.
So get your fingers and credit cards cracking and grab your gunslinger today — Hanzo’s already been waiting for him for a whole of six months.
