Xiaomi Updates Lifestyle Ecosystem With Next-Gen Wearable Devices And Smart Home Appliances

Xiaomi has come a long way, from its early days as a budget smartphone alternative to the current artificial intelligence of things (AIoT) landscape. Known for its value offerings, the Chinese company has only expanded its lineup over the years, and the latest refresh brings eight new products to Singapore, on top of the upgraded Xiaomi 17T series.

Starting with the Xiaomi Watch S5, the device features a 46mm case — weighing 46 grams — and a slim 10.99mm profile, plus a 1.48-inch AMOLED display with a 40 percent narrower bezel, a 2,500-nit peak brightness, and up to 21 days of battery life. In terms of fitness and wellness tracking, users can expect Passion Mode, which detects and converts cheering gestures into measurable data, such as heart rate, calories burned, and cheer counts, over 150 sports modes, and an improved 4 LED + 4 PD heart rate sensor for more accurate monitoring. There will also be new weekly and monthly reports, alongside sleep HRV (or heart rate variability) tracking to offer deeper insights into long-term rest patterns. The Watch S5 is available in four colours – Black, Silver, Ceramic Blue, and Jungle Green.

Joining the Watch S5, available in Midnight Black, Glacier Silver, and Lavender Pink, is the Smart Band 10 Pro. Designed for everyday use, it tips the scales at 21.6 grams and pairs a 9.7mm silhouette with a 1.74-inch AMOLED display. The same health tools have been incorporated here, including sleep algorithm 2.0 that enhances sleep onset and stage accuracy, with a three-month free trial of Clue Plus, a world-leading period and cycle tracking app, giving women access to advanced cycle analysis, accurate fertility predictions, pregnancy and perimenopause tracking, and more.

The Xiaomi Buds 6, meanwhile, boasts an ergonomic, lightweight design that weighs 4.4 grams each and follows the natural curve of the ear. It boasts an 11mm triple-magnet dynamic driver for richer bass and various digital enhancements, such as Harman AudioEFX for superior sound quality and Qualcomm aptXTM Lossless technology for high-resolution, lossless audio, in addition to a three-mic AI noise reduction system and head-tracking capabilities. More notably, users will be able to locate lost devices using the Apple or Find Hub networks for the first time, courtesy of compatibility with Find My and Find Hub.

Over to the Redmi suite, the Redmi Watch 6 is built to offer 24 hours of extended usage across a host of features, including breathing exercises, all-day sleep, heart rate, stress, and blood oxygen monitoring, as well as 5ATM water resistance and underwater heart rate detection. Ideal for aquatic workouts, the device sports a 2.07-inch AMOLED display, a 60Hz refresh rate, and a 9.9mm aluminium body weighing 31 grams, and comes in three colours: Obsidian Black, Silver Grey, and Glacier Blue.

Marking Xiaomi’s first over-ear headphones, the Headphones Neo is equipped with a 40mm large dynamic driver, up to 42 decibels of Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), adaptive noise reduction, triple-mic AI noise reduction, and up to 72 hours of continuous playback without ANC. Alongside support for Google Fast Pair, dual-device connection, and audio sharing, the Xiaomi Earbuds App also allows users to customise EQ settings.

Rounding out the product announcements are the Mijia Front Load Washer Dryer 9kg, the Xiaomi Robot Vacuum H50 Pro, and the Robot Vacuum H50. With a 525mm drum, the washing machine allows more room for clothes to tumble, while its two-in-one functionality eliminates the need to transfer laundry between machines. A total of over 30 wash programmes are available, from the 15-minute Quick Wash, which lightens the load for those leading lifestyles, to a dedicated hygiene mode combining high-temperature steam with hot-water washing to remove “up to 99.99 percent of bacteria,” or so the company claims.

As for the robot vacuum family, the H50 Pro delivers 15,000Pa of suction to tackle dust, debris, and hair. It features dual outward-extending robotic arms to reach edges and tight corners, and a dual anti-tangle system to reduce hair wrap, alongside advanced laser navigation for precise movement around furniture, cables, and household objects. The mop pads will lift automatically on carpet surfaces, and auto dust collection, self-cleaning washboard, and hot-air drying are all integrated into an all-in-one base system. The standard H50 version, by comparison, offers 10,000Pa of suction and can mop up to 240 square metres in a single session while providing up to 75 days of dust storage capacity.
