Spider-Man Swings Into ‘Magic: The Gathering’ With Reveals & Pre-Orders For Sept Release

Wizards of the Coast have unveiled their collaboration with everyone’s favourite web-slinging hero with their upcoming set titled Magic: The Gathering | Marvel’s Spider-Man, offering a first look at the various products in its line up alongside pre-order and release information.

Headlining the set are six Spider-Man-themed cards from the Spidey’s Spectacular Showdown Scene Box: Grasping Tentacles; Venom, Deadly Devourer; Green Goblin, Nemesis; Doc Ock, Evil Inventor; Sensational Spider-Man, and Pumpkin Bombs. These unique cards feature a borderless design and can be placed together to form an epic showdown between Spidey and his three greatest villains.

That’s not all the box set has to offer though, as it also includes three Magic: The Gathering | Marvel’s Spider-Man play booster packs, six additional art cards that can be placed together to reveal a full story, and a display easel to show off the cards in mint condition. The scene box is available for pre-orders at US$41.99.
