Shake Shack Singapore Turns On The Heat With New Sambal Mayo Burger From 1 June

Sambal lovers… a-sambal! Shake Shack Singapore is debuting a new limited-time menu for folks who love a little heat to their burgers.

Featuring the Sambal Mayo Burger, Sambal Mayo Chicken Shack and Sambal Mayo Fries, this menu is inspired by Singapore’s most iconic sambal dishes such as Nasi Lemak and Sambal Chicken.

The Sambal Mayo Burger features an Angus beef patty topped with sambal mayo and classic Nasi Lemak ingredients like fresh cucumbers, fried egg and crispy fried onions, wrapped within a warm potato bun.

The Sambal Mayo Chicken Shack, meanwhile, sees crispy chicken meat layered with fresh cabbage slaw, cucumber slices and sambal mayo. The shack is also served between toasted potato buns.

Of course, you can’t have burgers without fries, so go for the Sambal Mayo Fries too if you want an extra spicy kick.

The Singapore-inspired menu is a first for Shake Shack Singapore and features the robust and spicy sambal sauce made by Batu Lesung Spice Company, which has been created especially for Shake Shack by local renowned Chef Jeremy Nguee.

The Singapore-inspired menu will be available at all outlets islandwide starting 1 June until 15 August 2022.
