A new co-op action game, Funko Fusion, is set to launch on PC, PlayStation 5 and 4, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. Developed by 10:10 Games in collaboration with Funko, Inc. and Universal Products & Experiences, the game celebrates pop culture and fan-favourite characters through an immersive gaming experience. Funko Fusion will feature a variety of characters from over 20 franchises across movies and TV shows. Players can explore and interact with figures from franchises such as Jurassic World, Jaws, Back to the Future, The Thing, Shaun of the Dead, and Chucky, just to name a few. Popular TV shows like Battlestar Galactica, The Umbrella Academy, and Masters of the Universe are also represented, blending fandoms into one game.
The game offers single-player and online co-op modes, allowing players to team up or embark on adventures solo. Pre-orders for physical console editions are now open, with digital storefront pre-orders coming soon. Players who pre-order will receive a The Walking Dead Pack, including additional characters Rick Grimes and Michonne Hawthorne, with variant outfits available at launch.
Funko Fusion is the debut game from 10:10 Games, a studio founded by industry veteran Jon Burton (Lego Dimensions) and staffed by developers experienced in brick-based games. The project also sees collaboration with Skybound Games, serving as a publishing partner, and Universal Products & Experiences.
Funko’s VP of Licensing and Business Development, Jason Bischoff, expresses excitement for the collaboration, highlighting its role in introducing Funko to the console gaming world:
