‘Call of Duty: Black Ops 6′ Beta Aims For Simultaneous Platform Release From 30 Aug To 9 Sept

Call of Duty fans, gear up! The Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 beta dates, running from 30 August to 9 September, have been confirmed. The beta will be available on all platforms simultaneously for the first time, marking a departure from previous years, where it was made exclusive to PlayStation users.

Early access runs from 30 August to 4 September, while the open beta is from 6 to 9 September. Game Pass subscribers and those who pre-order get early access.

Revealed in a Call of Duty podcast, Black Ops 6 promises a return to the ’90s with a twist of paranoia where players “never know who to trust.” It’s the latest installment from Treyarch, and will release 25 October for PlayStation, Xbox, and PC.

First revealed in May after months of rumours, Black Ops 6 has generated significant buzz. Activision shared numerous details in June about the multiplayer, Zombies, and campaign modes.

Black Ops 6 was a hot topic in the wake of last week’s Game Pass price increases, which includes a new “standard” tier that doesn’t include day one releases.

Black Ops 6 is set to be available on Game Pass at release on Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, PC Game Pass, and Xbox Game Pass for Console.
