Apart from the pretty new colours that will be available for the 2006 series of PlayStation Vitas, potential Vita buyers in the S.E.A region of the globe can look forward to hardware warranties that are not limited to their purchase country only.
Starting from November 14, countries that include Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam will be entitled to a one year free repair service in countries where the Vita has been officially launched. Not many companies at the scale of Sony offers such a value added service to their customers.
And in case you didn’t know, a new Vita would be hitting this side of the globe on 14 November 2013. Like many consumer hardware products, the latest Vita is slimmer and lighter, which is a very good thing considering that I feel that the original is way to clunky for my liking.
If only there was a killer game that I have to get on the Vita now..
