‘Fallout’ Season 2 Reveals First Looks At Post-Game New Vegas

Following previous set leaks on social media, season two of Prime Video’s Fallout has unveiled an official look at its New Vegas setting ahead of its release in December.

The iconic New Vegas sign is placed front and centre in season two’s first poster (shown below), which also features the Lucky 38 Resort and Casino in the background, alongside returning characters Lucy MacLean (Ella Purnell, Arcane), The Ghoul (Walton Goggins, Django Unchained), Maximus (Aaron Moten, Disjointed), and Dogmeat on the outskirts of the ruined city.

This won’t be the New Vegas that fans of the 2010 game will be familiar with, either, as showrunners Graham Wagner and Geneva Robertson-Dworet had previously stated during an interview with GQ Magazine that season two will be set 15 years after the events of Fallout: New Vegas, implying that it won’t be exactly as it was depicted in the game.

It was also previously confirmed that Robert House, aka Mr. House, one of the game’s central antagonists, will appear in season two after making a cameo during a pre-war scene in the first season. As the events of the TV series are considered canon, this poses the question of which of the game’s multiple endings would serve as the basis of season two’s narrative.

Fallout season two will also introduce Home Alone star Macaulay Culkin in a yet-to-be-specified role, described only as “a crazy genius-type character”, and the show has also recently secured an early renewal for its third season.

Fallout Season Two will debut in December 2025 on Prime Video, with a further announcement also due during Gamescom’s Opening Night Live on 19 August.
