SHIPPING FAQ

Does Geek Culture ship internationally?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Singapore. However, if you want an item shipped outside of Singapore, arrangements can be made but the buyer will bear the full costs of shipping, as well as any import taxes and duties incurred.

The address you provide will be the address to which we ship your order. If the address is not complete, we will attempt to call you to verify the correct address. Please leave your contact number so that we have a means of reaching you.

How much will it cost to ship my item(s)?
Unless otherwise stated, free shipping is provided within Singapore. Otherwise, shipping costs will be listed at check-out.

How long will it take to receive my item(s)?
Once stocks arrive, it can take 2-3 days for processing, and another 3 to 5 business days for the product to arrive. We will contact buyers to confirm address and shipping details. If you want to arrange for self pick-ups, it can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.


PRE-ORDER FAQ

Many toy companies engage in pre-orders, to gauge the potential production timeline at their facility. To ensure that you secure your product before it is sold out, Geek Culture will sell items based on pre-orders. This is regarded as a final, confirmed order, unless the product has been insufficiently allocated by the manufacturer, or if there are production defects.

In such an instance, fulfillment will be made based on those who have ordered earlier, so those who placed their orders first will be allocated stocks. Once a price has been established, those who have placed an order will have locked in the order at the prevailing price at the time of pre-order, and prices will not go up for these orders, even if the manufacturer decides to increase their price. This is a Geek Culture Guarantee.

Geek Culture will contact all buyers to fulfill shipping. Free shipping and delivery is only provided for Singapore based address, within the main land. All orders are on a non-refundable and non-transferable basis.

Q. Can I cancel pre-orders once they are placed?
A. A pre-order is a commitment between Geek Culture and the buyer. Geek Culture reserves the right to cancel and refund the price of items only when it is able to sell off or transfer the deposit to another customer, based on our own terms.

Q. How does free delivery work?
A. We will contact the buyers to arrange a location pick-up, or deliver it to the stated address. No changes to the shipping address can be made after an order has been placed. We will arrange to deliver the item within two attempts. If the item cannot be received due to changes based on the buyer, a location pick up will be arranged.

Q. What happens if the product is cancelled after a pre-order has been placed?
A. In the event that the product sold is cancelled, Geek Culture will provide a full refund of the item.

Q. If item is damaged upon delivery, will it be replaced?
A. If the defect is a fault of the manufacturer, a replacement product will be provided.

Q. Can I arrange for a pick up once stocks are in?
A. Yes. We will contact you when the item is ready to ship, and if you want to arrange for a pick up, we will make arrangements on a case-by-case basis.
