Words cannot describe how excited we are to see an entire Star Wars tee collection by Uniqlo! As part of an annual contest, Uniqlo saw a record 5,218 entries by the public to design their own Star Wars tee and the community certainly delivered!

Great that the tees didn’t just come in White or Black similar to daily tee sites. A splash of colour would certainly add some dimension to any geek’s wardrobe!

Here are the adult designs:

The kids tees are looking similarly epic as well.

These Star Wars tees will be available in Singapore from 1st June but apparently they are already in stock in Uniqlo stores in China.

Here’s the full press release with the details:

UNIQLO to Launch Star Wars T-Shirts from its 2015 UT Grand Prix Competition

On 5 June, a collection of 23 UNIQLO T-Shirts (UT) featuring submissions for its Star Wars-themed UT Grand Prix 2015 T-Shirt design competition will be launched across selected stores in Singapore. The annual contest, which was initiated by UNIQLO in 2005, saw a record 5,218 entries for its Star Wars theme in 2015.

The panel of judges for the contest comprised the evil Sith Lord Darth Vader, cartoonist Jeffrey Brown, UT creative director NIGO, Lucasfilm executive creative director Doug Chiang, and Star Wars Rebels art director Kilian Plunkett. They collectively decided on the Grand Prize winner, the Second Prize winner, various awards from individual judges, and 12 Runner-Up awards. Four of the 23 T-Shirts were personally designed by the judges themselves.

The 16 Men’s designs will be available at all stores and online (www.uniqlo.com/sg/), while the Kids’ designs will be available at selected stores ([email protected], Causeway Point, ION, Jurong Point, NEX, Plaza Singapura, Seletar Mall, Tampines 1, VivoCity) and online. Men’s designs will be priced at $24.90 while Kids’ ones will retail at $14.90.
